Since forming in 2007, The Lancashire Hotpots have built a well-earned reputation as the 'Kings of The Northern Knees-up'. Firm festival favourites, the lads have entertained the nation with comedy songs about chippy teas, shopmobility scooters as well as how to do the Dad Dance!

A band that dominated the airwaves in the late 00's and recently celebrated 15 years of action, they are fresh from their 2 year break and ready to rock! These titans of indie bangers join us with a back catalogue of hits and endless energy and hit the stage Saturday evening at Camper Calling.

Echobelly

We’re thrilled to have the amazing Echobelly at this year’s Camper Calling. Considered by many to be one of the major players in the British Britpop scene, they debuted in 1993 with the first EP Bellyache and hits such as Insomniac reached the top 10 in UK Charts.

Bhangra Smash Up

Introducing the Bhangra Smash Up Band…. The band formed in 2017, and since then have performed all over the UK! Including some of the biggest festivals and events across the region. This is not a regular drumming band; we can guarantee that – once the Bhangra Smash Up take the stage with their electrifying Dhol beats, fusing with the Dholak and mainstream music, you cannot help but to dance!

Da Fuchaman & The Fire Blaze Band

Da Fuchaman is an International Reggae Recording Artist. Born & raised in St Anns Jamaica but now residing in the UK, his versatile and vibrant performance have made a huge impression on the reggae scene. Da Fuchaman's music is mainly based around the daily problems the poorer class of people face, empowering them to stay strong and to believe in themselves and not to give up hope as he believes that the struggle won’t be forever alongside some social commentary.

Dreaming about the wild side of life through her infectious dream-pop anthems, Kate wants us all to party to her own brand of pop music. Having commanded playlist support from BBC Radio 1, securing live performances at legendary Abbey Road and Maida Vale studios, Kate is carving her own niche with her distinctively British self-produced indie-pop bangers.

The Allergies

Since  forming  in  2012  The  Allergies  have  made  it  their  mission  to  reshape  funky  vintage  sounds  for  the  modern  dancefloor. 

Both  skilled  turntablists  in  their  own  right,  and  known  for  their  45  only  vinyl  sets,  the  duo  of  DJ  Moneyshot  &  Rackabeat  first  bonded  over  their  love  of  classic  hip-hop  and  beats,  then  decided  to  pool  their  knowledge  and  skills  into  making  their  own  music. 

“We like breaks, funky basslines, horns, and dancefloor grooves. We’re inspired by the golden eras of funk, soul, disco and hip-hop, and we try to cram that into three and a half minutes”.

TC & The Groove Family

TC & The Groove Family are a 10-piece collective whose music celebrates the coming together of cultures, and the unity that music can provide for everyone. Driven by drummer Tim Cook, their live shows are powerful and dynamic, exploring grooves and genres from the UK and around the world, including afrobeat, breakbeat, jungle, jazz and highlife.

Abbie Ozard

Refining her talents as a songwriter and vocalist at Manchester’s BIMM, Abbie Ozard was catapulted into the public consciousness after signing with Liverpool based Modern Sky Entertainment UK.

Since then, Abbie’s stock has continued to grow. Teaming up with Rich Turvey (Blossoms, Vistas) on co-production duties, her singles that followed, “Growing Pains”, “Heartbreak Radio” and “On A Low” all received coveted Huw Stephens spins on BBC Radio 1.
