Jack Shepherd is world renowned for his Ed Sheeran tribute shows after playing all over the world since 2015. Jack recreates every song completely live using a replica loop pedal to that of the man himself. With a show featuring all the hits and ballads, you are sure to have a full Ed Sheeran Experience. Fusing pop naivety with new wave paranoia, Shai Brides write music to accompany blinding lights and crowded rooms. Originating from a small bedroom with nothing but a cheap pitch-shifter and broken production software, Shai Brides have developed into a sound for the big stage, decorating their version of synth-pop with pixelated guitar riffs and the sparkle of retro arcade games.

Quickly rising up through the underground scene of their native Liverpool, passionate indie quintet Reignmaker have already established a distinctive style. They channel their youthful spirit and charismatic scouse personalities to create a sound that radiates an uplifting optimism. Combining swelling rock and roll textures with soaring vocal chorus’ and lyrics filled with a striking poignancy, their sound is one that is impossible to ignore.

Tipped by BBC Introducing, the band have quickly become one of the most hotly anticipated young bands in the North West and they are only just getting started! Catch them on the Arrow Stage, Friday afternoon!

The Clause

The Clause are a four-piece from Birmingham who have been jamming together since childhood. Blending the swagger of the 60s, the rolling groove of the 80s and the riotous verve and attitude of the 90s are Pearce Macca (front man), Niall Fennell (drummer) Jonny Fyffe (bassist) and Liam Deakin (guitarist). The band effortlessly combines huge hooks with gritty verses, indie sensibilities and rhythm and blues groove and melodies, creating a totally unique sound.

The Clause have coolly supported the likes of The Reytons, the Pigeon Detectives, DMAs, The Enemy and The Snuts as well as performing their own UK tours, not to mention rocking at the world-renowned Radio 1’s Big Weekend. With two singles already reaching No1 in the iTunes rock chart and just outside the Top 20 on the main chart, the band are destined for great things.

18-year-old Coventry based Rapper and recording artist Kanda, inspired by the likes of Bruno Mars, J Hus and Ed Sheeran and with his debut EP out early Summer, Kanda aka Sachin uses his lyrical storytelling to speak about a number different socially dividing topics with the younger generation. Songs that make you feel a number of powerful emotions which was something picked up by 6 Music’s Tom Robinson who said a previous single ‘Never The Same’ was ‘the most emotionally powerful song’ he had ever heard, regarding the BLM movement.

The Gulps

"Music is everything,” says Harry All, singer and chief agitator of raging rock insurgents The Gulps, “but I’m also really into the spiritual thing of rock’n’roll. The alchemy, the magical thing, the fantasy thing. The mixture between fantasy and reality is the biggest thing in rock’n’roll. It’s a philosophy.”

Some kind of wild magic certainly drew these riot rock animals to the King’s House from four corners of Europe and the Middle East, hell-bound for fame and chaos. “We came here to be rock stars,” Harry explains. “Where else would we go? I knew when I was 15-years-old I needed to come to London and make this band.”
