Learn how to hulahoop with Grumpy Frog
Activities, Kids, Adults, TeensThis free 1 hour beginner session will teach you basic hoop moves and even some great tricks!
Work on that core and have great fun in our hula hoop classes! All ages and abilities are welcome as Fiona walks and talks you through the hula basics and how to master some top tricks, too!
All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary.
